Our
Story

Securing a training contract demands a specific set of knowledge that is rarely taught in schools or universities. Often, this crucial insight is only acquired once you've already entered a law firm. Yet, to even reach that stage, you must first submit an application that reflects this understanding—a difficult cycle to navigate without guidance. Unfortunately, while some individuals, particularly those from certain schools, may have access to this knowledge, many do not.

Mentorship plays a vital role in breaking this cycle. By sharing hard-earned insights and experiences, we can empower a more diverse pool of candidates to succeed in securing training contracts.

What began as a small, student-led mentoring group has grown exponentially, reaching students at universities across the country. We are dedicated to connecting the brightest minds to mentor and guide the next generation of legal talent.

Having access to experienced mentors and a supportive community was invaluable in my own journey to securing a TC. The insights I gained helped me to navigate the complexities of the application process with confidence, and that’s why I’m passionate about giving back through Corpboost.
